When starting its operations in the country, Facebook called several agencies to talk. They explained that they had a giant challenge and an amount inversely proportional to it. When no one wanted to embrace this idea, they came to us. That was how we were invited by Facebook to provide an efficient Marketing Services solution for the creation of its communication pieces that support its blitz scaling. Basically, they wanted to have a content service that, at the same time, could present, inspire, and engage the brand with the creative and marketing community, in addition to offering a great ROI.
This project involved the execution of placements, design, branding, creation of concepts for presentations, events and activations, translations, adaptations and development of several personalized contents so that all of your Marcomms could constantly sell their ideas and strategies, and the company would gain market quickly.
In a joint thought to achieve success, seeking together the perfect understanding of the needs and results expected by the client, we suggest a working model based on the creation of a Creative Hub, in which Facebook could have an in-house agency style, but working out-site. An exclusive structure with the skills and team size necessary to develop all the work with excellence and high performance.
Periodically analyzing the results in depth, seasonal needs and reviewing KPIs, we were able to optimize professional teams and skills throughout the period. Using the agile process and, based on the learning curve, we were able to increase productivity.
Using thinking based on converging objectives, since 2013 we have been part of one of Facebook's global communication hubs, helping its marketing department to make its brands relevant and interesting to the public, and to consolidate its media platforms in Latin America.
At various times, we have multidisciplinary teams that are internal to the client and external to Martin Luz, serving various points of contact and needs, from Miami to Brazil, through Mexico, Colombia and Argentina, and creating thousands of jobs of all types in the period, from presentations, films, motion graphics, posts, events, among others.
In this time, we have seen the market recognize this work and dedicate one Caboré to Facebook and another to Instagram and consolidate its brands as two of the most powerful media platforms in the region.
